Terms of Service

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms. You must not use the service where doing so is prohibited by law. By continuing, you confirm these requirements.

2. Entertainment-only gameplay

Andar Bahar simulates a traditional random-chance card game. Outcomes are generated for entertainment and do not represent a chance to win money, property or anything of real-world value. Skill does not guarantee an outcome. Virtual wins and balances exist only inside the service.

3. Accounts and access

You may play with a pseudonymous guest account and may be able to link supported authentication methods. You are responsible for activity through your device and linked methods. Do not sell, share or transfer an account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may request account deletion through the product or by contacting us. We may retain limited security, transaction and compliance records where reasonably necessary or legally required.

4. Virtual coins and other items

Virtual coins and items are licensed, not sold. They are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use features inside the applicable game. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency or property, and create no ownership interest.

• No redemption, cash-out, peer-to-peer transfer, sale or trading is allowed.
• Balances may include promotional and purchased units in one gameplay wallet.
• We may adjust balances to correct errors, fraud, chargebacks or technical faults.
• Unused virtual items may be lost when an account closes or the service ends, subject to mandatory law.

5. Optional purchases

Purchases are not currently live. If enabled, pricing and the quantity supplied will be shown before payment. Purchases are optional and are not required to access free play. Payment processing may be provided by a third party under its own terms. Taxes may apply.

Correctly delivered virtual coins are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or covered by our Refund Policy. A purchase never creates a right to money, prizes or cash-out.

6. Acceptable use

You must not cheat, automate play, exploit errors, manipulate requests, evade access controls, harass others, impersonate a person, infringe rights, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service for unlawful activity. You must not attempt to sell accounts or virtual items.

7. Suspension, changes and availability

We may restrict or suspend access to protect players, investigate abuse, comply with law or maintain the service. We may change gameplay, rewards, availability and virtual-item values, or discontinue a feature. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes where practical.

8. Intellectual property

Dhurandhar Games LLC and its licensors own the service, software, artwork, brands and related content. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhurandhar Games LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of data, or loss arising from unavailable virtual items. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject always to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that apply where you live.

11. Changes and contact
