1. Who is responsible

Dhurandhar Games LLC, Texas, USA operates this service. Privacy and grievance requests may be sent to support@dhurandhar.gg.

2. Data we collect

• Pseudonymous account data: a player identifier, account links, language, consent records, settings, virtual balances, game history and reward state.
• Authentication data: provider and hashed or pseudonymous subject identifiers. For mobile sign-in, we process the supplied number and one-time-password flow. When you sign in with Google or Facebook, or enter through Telegram, we use the name and profile photo URL supplied by that provider for your in-game display profile. Guests receive a generated name and avatar. We do not collect your social password.
• Technical and first-party telemetry: IP-derived request information, browser/device details, performance, errors, security events, feature interactions and coarse timestamps.
• Advertising data: on pages where advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, web beacons or similar technologies and process IP address, browser and device details, approximate location derived from IP, and ad impressions, clicks or other interactions.
• Game data: wagers using virtual coins, outcomes, rewards, streaks and anti-abuse signals.
• Push and referrals: browser push subscription endpoints and keys if you opt in, plus referral codes and attribution needed to apply a referral.
• Support: your email, correspondence and any information you choose to provide.

3. How we use data

We use data to operate and secure the game, preserve progress, provide authentication and support, deliver requested notifications, record legal consent, detect abuse, troubleshoot performance, measure first-party product use, satisfy legal obligations and improve the service. Where advertising is enabled, data may also be used to deliver and measure ads, limit repetition, detect advertising fraud, and personalise ads where permitted and consented to.

4. Legal bases and choices

Depending on where you live, processing may rely on performance of our agreement, legitimate interests in running and protecting the service, consent, and legal obligations. Push notifications are optional and can be revoked in your browser or account. Advertising consent choices may be presented where required and can be changed through the available privacy controls. You may also manage personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. You may play pseudonymously without linking a social account, subject to product availability.

5. Sharing and international processing

We may share limited data with hosting, security, authentication, communications, analytics, advertising and customer-support providers acting for us; with professional advisers; or with authorities where lawfully required. Google may receive data through its advertising services as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. We do not sell virtual balances or personal data. Data may be processed in the United States, India or other countries where providers operate, with reasonable contractual and security safeguards where required.

6. Advertising technologies

The marketing homepage uses Google AdSense. Google and third-party advertising vendors may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve, secure and measure advertising. Ads may be contextual or personalised according to applicable law, account settings and consent choices. The game itself does not load the AdSense website tag. Browser controls may block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect site features and advertising choices.

7. Retention

We keep data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Active account and game state is retained while the account is used. Support and operational logs are retained for limited periods. Consent, fraud, security and ledger records may be retained longer to maintain integrity, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Advertising providers apply their own retention practices. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.

8. Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, including pseudonymous identifiers, access restrictions and transport security. No online system is perfectly secure, so please protect access to your device and linked sign-in methods.

9. Your rights and account deletion

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your data, and may withdraw consent for optional processing. Follow our account and data deletion instructions to use the in-game controls or request deletion by email. We may need to verify the request. Deletion removes the playable account while limited pseudonymous ledger and security records may remain where necessary and lawful.

10. Children

The service is only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer it to children. Contact us if you believe a person under 18 has provided data.

11. Third-party links and changes

Links to external services are governed by their own policies. We may update this policy and will identify the new effective date and version. Material changes may be surfaced in the service and may require renewed acceptance.
