Include your player ID if available, the game, and the approximate time of the issue. Never email passwords or one-time passwords.
This email is also our channel for privacy requests and grievances. We will acknowledge requests and work to resolve them as promptly as reasonably possible.
Delete your account
Use the in-game account controls or follow our account and data deletion instructions. If you cannot access the game, the instructions explain how to request deletion by email.
