Digital Delivery Policy
Dhurandhar Games provides digital services and virtual items only. We do not ship physical products.
How delivery works
Purchases are not currently live. If enabled, virtual coins will normally be credited to the player account immediately after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. The updated balance will appear in the game.
If delivery is delayed
First refresh the game while using the same account. If a confirmed payment has not appeared after 15 minutes, email support@dhurandhar.games with your player ID and transaction reference. We will investigate delivery or process an eligible refund under our Refund Policy.
No shipping charge or physical fulfilment
No postal address, courier, shipping fee or delivery region is required because no tangible item is supplied. Virtual coins remain closed-loop entertainment items with no cash value.
