Refund & Cancellation Policy
Purchases are not currently live. This policy will apply if optional virtual-coin payments are enabled.
When a refund may apply
Contact us about a duplicate charge, an unauthorised charge, or a confirmed payment where the purchased virtual coins were not delivered because of a technical failure. Rights provided by mandatory consumer law also apply.
Delivered virtual coins
Correctly delivered virtual coins are final and non-refundable because they are made available for immediate digital use. They cannot be cancelled, redeemed or exchanged for cash. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Request process
Email support@dhurandhar.games with your player ID, transaction reference, amount, date and reason. Do not send complete payment credentials. Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method; processor and bank timelines may apply.
